Program Qualification
VIP (35%)
By invitation only. Applies to celebrity, film, high-fashion editorial, and TV makeup artists. VIP PRO Partners receive a 35% discount.
Working Makeup Artist (30%)
To apply for 35%, provide your driver’s license or state/federal photo ID and 1 of the following:
- Professional business website providing at least 10 photos of your own original artistry work on different clients as well as offering makeup services*
- Call list on production company letterhead dated within the last 6 months
- Editorial page and publication cover dated within the last 6 months
- Professional license (cosmetology, aesthetician)
- Union Card
- IMDB Credit
or 2 of the following:
- Business card** with name and specific profession
- Professional letter of employment
- Current pay stub from client, salon manager or cosmetic retailer
- Completed contract dated within the last 6 months
- Makeup Artistry course certificate***
Student (20%)
To apply for 20%, provide your driver’s license or state/federal photo ID and 1 of the following:
- Proof that you are currently enrolled in a cosmetology, esthiology, or makeup artistry program requiring more than 80 hours of instruction
- Cosmetologist/Esthetician /Makeup Artistry course completion diploma dated within the last 6 months
Creative Professionals (20%)
Creative professionals (models, actors, performers, stylists, photographers, on-air talent) can apply to receive a 20% discount on all work-related purchases with Elaina Badro®. Provide your driver’s license or state/federal photo ID and 1 of the following:
- Professional website offering samples of previous work
- Call sheet on production company letterhead dated within the last 6 months
- Union Card
- Completed Contract dated within the last 6 months
- Professional agency letter or reference

***Course certificates may be for online or in-person courses that require more than 80 hours of study. We reserve the right to ask for proof of hours studied.

When will I be notified if I am accepted into the Elaina Badro® PRO Program?
You will be notified within 5-10 business days if your application is submitted online and 10-15 business days if mailed via USPS destinations.
How do I redeem my Elaina Badro® PRO discount? Do I need to apply a code every time I check out?
The discount code will be applied to your account, no extra steps at checkout are necessary.
Note: the Elaina Badro® PRO discount cannot be combined with any other offers.
Will I receive free samples?
Upon acceptance into the program you will receive a welcome package including samples of our best-selling products as well as exclusive discounts available for Elaina Badro® PRO only.
Is the Elaina Badro® PRO discount only available online or also in retail stores?
The discount will be applicable both in the Elaina Badro® store as well as online, but unfortunately not with any authorized retailers.

Yes, we just need proof that you are currently enrolled in a cosmetology school or qualifying program.
Can I be a part of the Elaina Badro® PRO Program if I live outside of the United States?
Yes, Elaina Badro® PRO is open to qualified candidates worldwide.
Can I use a coupon code in addition to my Elaina Badro® PRO discount?
No, the Elaina Badro® PRO discount cannot be combined with any other offers.
Will my application ever expire?
Yes. If you are missing components, you will be notified and we will hold your application for 60 days before it expires.
